ABOUT

West Palm Cowboy Club is a BBQ restaurant, bar, and live-music venue in the heart of West Palm Beach, built around the idea of the Florida Cowboy — a coastal take on the classic honky-tonk where boots meet palm trees and hospitality comes first.

Early in the evening, it runs as a full dinner service with chef-driven BBQ, cocktails, and whiskey. Later in the night, the room shifts as live bands and DJs take the stage around 10pm, with bottle service and a lively crowd filling the space.

It’s best for groups, celebrations, and anyone looking for a social night out, the kind of place you start with dinner and stay for the music.

Chef Adrian, the force behind Miami favorites Slab Daddy BBQ and Hometown BBQ, leads the culinary vision at West Palm Cowboy Club. Rooted in his Nicaraguan heritage and shaped by years of barbecue mastery, he blends classic American smoking techniques with bold Latin influence. Known for his no-frills approach and serious flavor, Chef Adrian and his team have crafted a menu that reflects true Florida Cowboy culture: bold, fresh, high-energy, and full of character.

THE FLORIDA COWBOy:
THOMAS WESLEY

Thomas Wesley — known to the world as Diplo — isn’t just an artist; he’s an unofficial symbol of Florida. Raised in South Florida, Wesley built a global career as a genre-bending DJ, producer, and performer known for crossing musical lines while keeping a sense of humor and Southern swagger at the center of it all. In recent years, he’s leaned further into country music through his Thomas Wesley project, blending modern production with honky-tonk storytelling and a distinctly Florida perspective on the genre.

His country work has included collaborations with artists like Morgan Wallen, Zac Brown, and Thomas Rhett, helping bridge traditional country sounds with a new generation of listeners.

At West Palm Cowboy Club, Thomas Wesley serves as Head of Music, helping shape the venue’s musical identity. In this role, he advises on live programming, DJs, and the overall sound of the space while lending his name to signature elements like the Thomas Wesley Stage and other music-driven concepts throughout the venue.

Acting as the creative advisor and ambassador for the music program, Wesley guides the mix of country roots, live performance, and late-night energy that defines the Cowboy Club experience.
